What we collect
Donation requests include your name, verified email, garment descriptions, optional photos and optional phone number. Pickup requests also include a private address, preferred date and collection instructions. Drop-off requests do not require a home address. Contact and volunteer inquiries include the details you choose to share.
Why we use it
Staff use this information to review offers, coordinate collection, record receipt and reply to inquiries. Donation photos are private. Please photograph garments only and avoid identifying photographs of children.
Access and providers
Donors can access their own submissions. Authorized staff can access operational records. The proposed platform uses Supabase for authentication, database and private storage, the configured hosting provider, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam checks and, when enabled, an email provider for staff notifications. Provider agreements and international processing must be reviewed.
Cookies and drafts
Essential cookies support authentication and the demo session. Non-sensitive clothing descriptions may be saved in session storage to preserve a draft. Addresses, phone numbers and private pickup notes are kept in memory until saved to the private database. There are no advertising cookies in this implementation.
Newsletter choices
Newsletter consent is optional and separate from donation contact. It is never selected by default. No newsletter campaigns are enabled in this implementation. If sending is enabled later, messages must include an unsubscribe link.
Retention and your choices
Retention periods, deletion procedures and the organization’s applicable legal obligations still need approval. To ask about access, correction or deletion, contact [email protected]. A cancellation is an operational status change and does not automatically delete a record.
Children’s information
The platform is intended for adults coordinating clothing donations. Do not submit identifying photos or sensitive information about children.
